Top Gear China
Well, we’re assuming Top Gear China has launched. Or at least they’ve had a crack with a pilot episode, fifteen minutes of which you can see in the video below. We’re struggling to work out the banter, but we think we’ve got figured a chunk of the content.

The Car Design Awards China 2015 competition is now open. Design students in China are invited to respond to one of the challenging briefs set by carmakers including GAC, Volvo, VW, Qoros, JAC and Geely. This is the sixth time the annual design competition has been held, and students have until 2 January 2015 to submit their work.
The McLaren MP4-12C tackles the Goodwood hillclimb
As we reported last week, McLaren used the Goodwood Festival of Speed to give their new road car – the McLaren MP4-12C – its first proper public outing. But they didn’t settle for just having a static display or even a poodle round his Lordship’s grounds for the benefit of the crowd. They brought along their pair of F1 World Champions – Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton – to strut their stuff up the Goodwood hillclimb in the 12C.
